Dear Mr. Frederick, I would like to take this opportunity to commend the performance of the following precision Metal Spinning personnel:              Don DuBois, Scheduling and Quality Control              Joe Butts, Floor Manager We are currently involved in launching a new paint shop for Chrysler's sport utility vehicle, the Durango.  In order to achieve the highest quality finish for this strategic new product, we have had to make some minor modifications to the paint shop Heated Flash equipment.  We recently required 143 downdraft nozzles for the Heated Flash ceiling.  The first supplier contacted gave us a delivery time of seven weeks.   Although Precision's initial delivery time was five weeks, through the focus and commitment of Mr. Butts and Mr. DuBois, the delivery was improved to less than two weeks. This delivery improvement allowed us to make timely enhancements to our paint shop, helping to ensure quality finishes on our new Durangos. Thanks to you, and your staff, for a fine effort.  We appreciate your service and customer focus.
